The fund invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in securities of developed market (excluding the United States and Canada) issuers that exhibit value characteristics and/or investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially similar to the economic characteristics of such securities. For purposes of this policy, developed markets include countries that have a developed stock market as defined by MSCI and other countries or markets with similar developed characteristics. It is non-diversified.
