The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (ETF) that invests in U.S. listed equity securities that AOT Invest LLC (the “Sub-Adviser”) believes have high growth potential based on a low marginal cost business model. The Sub-Adviser will invest in a variety of companies and industries with low marginal cost structures (beyond traditional low marginal cost industries, such as technology and software).
