The ARK Active Autocallable Income ETF (the “Fund”) is an actively-managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that will invest primarily (at least 80% of its assets) in securities and financial instruments that provide income by creating exposure similar to autocallable equity-linked notes referencing individual equity securities. It is non-diversified.
