Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in investments that provide exposure to SPDR® S&P 500® ETF Trust, consistent with the fund's policy adopted pursuant to rule 35d-1 under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended. It is non-diversified.
