The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in constituents of the index that have economic characteristics that are substantially similar to the economic characteristics of such constituents. The index is a modified capitalization-weighted index that is comprised of the highest dividend-yielding common stocks selected from the index, which defines the dividend-paying universe of companies in emerging markets throughout the world. It is non-diversified.
