Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities, including depositary receipts and underlying ETFs, and/or derivative instruments that provide economic exposure to Memory Companies. It defines “Memory Companies” as companies that, at the time of investment, derive at least 50% of their revenues or profits from the design, development, production, or manufacture of memory-related semiconductor products or storage technologies. The fund is non-diversified.
