The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in constituents of the index that have economic characteristics that are substantially similar to the economic characteristics of such constituents. The index is a modified capitalization-weighted index that is comprised of companies with high dividend yields selected from the index, which is comprised of dividend-paying companies in the industrialized world, excluding Canada and the United States. It is non-diversified.
