The fund is an actively managed exchange traded fund (“ETF”) that seeks to provide current income while also providing exposure to the price return of one or more U.S.-listed ETPs that seek exposure to ether, subject to a cap on potential investment gains. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of borrowings for investment purposes, in assets providing direct or indirect exposure to ether (“Ether”). The fund is non-diversified.
