The Advisor intends to pursue its investment objective by investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its assets (net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in securitized securities/investments and in derivatives and other instruments that have economic characteristics and provide investment exposure similar to securitized securities/investments. The fund is non-diversified.
