The fund is an actively-managed diversified exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in equity securities of publicly-traded companies that sitting Republican members of the U.S. Congress and/or their family members also have reported to have invested in through public disclosure filings made by such Congresspersons pursuant to the Stop Trading on Congressional Knowledge Act of 2012, as amended (“STOCK Act”). It is non-diversified.
