The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in companies that the fund’s sub-adviser, Astoria Portfolio Advisors, LLC dba Astoria Investment Management (the “Sub-Adviser”) believes exhibit robust quality and growth characteristics across sectors. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in U.S. companies with quality and growth characteristics.
