The fund will invest at least 80% of its assets, including borrowings for investment purposes, in U.S. equity securities (including common stock of companies whose principal place of business is in the U.S. and shares of U.S. listed exchange-traded funds) and financial instruments, such as options, that provide exposure to U.S. equity securities. It is non-diversified.
