The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in the equity securities of Humanoid Robotics Companies or financial instruments, such as swap agreements, that provide exposure to such companies. It will generally seek to invest primarily in the equity securities of “Humanoid Robotics Companies” and financial instruments that provide exposure to such companies. The fund is non-diversified.
