The fund invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in constituents of the index and/or investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially similar to the economic characteristics of such constituents. The index consists of dividend-paying common stocks with growth characteristics of companies in the industrialized world, excluding Canada and the United States. The fund is non-diversified.
