The fund seeks to track the investment results of the Dow Jones U.S. Index (the “underlying index”), which measures the performance of the broad U.S. equity market. The underlying index is composed of all the U.S. companies in the Dow Jones Global Index. The underlying index aims to consistently represent the top 95% of U.S.-traded stocks based on a float-adjusted market capitalization.
