Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in a portfolio of large cap equity securities. Equity securities include common and preferred stocks and their equivalents, including real estate investment trusts (REITs), American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), warrants, rights, and convertible securities, and any other investment representing equity ownership in a company. The fund is non-diversified.
