Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in securities of large capitalization, growth-oriented companies. Its investment adviser (“Manager”) will primarily invest in equity securities of growth-oriented companies that the Manager believes operate in a highly attractive industry, have durable competitive advantages, and sustainable growth potential. The fund is non-diversified.
