Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in securities comprising the index. The index is designed to provide exposure to Nvidia Picks & Shovels Companies that have a material commercial relationship with Nvidia. The fund is non-diversified.
