The fund, using a “passive” or indexing investment approach, seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before fees and expenses, of the Solactive Cyber Security Focus Index (the “underlying index”), which is comprised of companies that have business operations in the field of cybersecurity. Under normal circumstances, the underlying index is reconstituted quarterly. The fund is non-diversified.
