Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in stocks of “large-cap value” companies. It seeks to invest in large-cap company stocks that, in the opinion of the Adviser, sell at a substantial discount to their intrinsic value but have solid long-term prospects.
