The fund seeks to track the investment results of the Nasdaq-100 Top 30 Index (the “underlying index”), which measures the performance of securities of the 30 largest domestic and international non-financial companies listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market or the Nasdaq Global Market and selected based on market capitalization, as determined by Nasdaq, Inc. The underlying index is a subset of the Nasdaq-100 Index (the “Parent Index”). The fund is non-diversified.
