The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that under normal circumstances seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its net assets, which include borrowings for investment purposes, in domestic and foreign, common and preferred stocks of publicly listed companies that the Adviser determines are Power Semiconductor Companies. It is non-diversified.
