In seeking to achieve its investment objectives, the Trust will hold SOL and establish its net asset value (“NAV”) by reference to the CME CF Solana – Dollar Reference Rate – New York Variant (“Pricing Benchmark”). The Trust is sponsored by Canary Capital Group LLC (the “Sponsor”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Canary Capital Group Inc.
