Under normal circumstances, the fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its assets directly or indirectly in the securities included in the Victory Free Cash Flow Growth BRI Index. VettaFi LLC constructs the index in accordance with a rules-based methodology that screens for positive free cash flow and selects 50 growth companies with the highest score within the Victory U.S. Large/Mid Cap Volatility Weighted BRI Index (the “parent index”).
