The fund has adopted a non-fundamental investment policy that, under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in financial instruments that provide exposure to the NYSE® U.S. 500 Adaptive Vol Autocallable Index (the "Laddered Autocall Index"). The fund is non-diversified.
