Under normal market circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in securities comprising the index the fund seeks to track, either directly or indirectly through underlying exchange-traded funds (“ETFs”), and derivatives that provide exposure to such securities.
