The fund seeks to track the investment results of the S&P 500 ex-S&P 100 Select Index (the “underlying index”), which measures the capped market capitalization weighted performance of the large capitalization U.S. equities within the S&P 500 Index excluding companies within the S&P 100 Index as determined by S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC (the “index provider” or “SPDJI”). The fund is non-diversified.
