The fund seeks to achieve its objective by investing directly or indirectly in companies that appear best positioned to benefit from, or that are otherwise exposed to, the growth and commercial adoption of space exploration, launch, satellite, orbital infrastructure, and space-based connectivity services and related technologies, and/or artificial intelligence (“AI”) technologies, including AI that enables, is deployed within, or derives data or demand from the space economy, including investments in Space Exploration Technologies Corporation (Nasdaq: SPCX) (“SpaceX”). The fund is non-diversified.
